Preparation
Preparing for each shoot is of the upmost importance to us. With proper organization and communication we are able to make the process seamless.
For the initial contact we get to know each other, go over the genre of the legacy video, pricing, timeframe, and restrictions. We offer you complete transparency during this call because we understand what a project like this means to you. It's not like any other video and due to it's uniqueness we offer thorough advice.
This allows us to build a relationship with you so we can create something as personal and genuine as possible!
If you feel comfortable about carrying forward we then begin to collect artifacts from you and others relating to the loved one in focus (pictures, home videos, clippings, personal objects, etc.). We also gather contact information of people you refer to begin scheduling personal interviews.
And lastly, we find a location to let the magic start flowing from the mouths of those closest to the subject.

Production
As we begin the journey to capturing your legacy film, we understand how timing is of the utmost importance. Which is why we schedule interviews weeks in advance to film over a 2-4 day segment.
Interviews follow a structure based on the theme of the video to create cohesion for your story. We create an inviting environment allowing interviewee's to feel comfortable sharing closely-held stories.
Once the footage and artifacts have been collected we begin the editing process where our team masterfully weaves it all into a cohesive story.
Once it's completed you will be sent a digital copy as well as a flash drive with your new favorite movie that can be shared with family members for years to come!
